Return policy

We are very happy to comply with our 14 days return policy, which starts the day you received your item. 
If for any reason you wish to return your purchased item, we ask that you please first send us a return request 
within 14 days, and send it fully insured to our office within 20 days. 
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item to insure that it is in the same condition sent.
If everything is "Kosher", we will submit your returned item purchase price back to your credit card or Paypal account within 24 hours.
Reminder! in order to process your refund, please contact us first prior to mailing the returned item!

Return funds does not include your initial shipping charges.

- For fairly obvious reasons, returns are not allowed for custom made pieces. 
- Returns are not allowed for purchases which their rewards points has been redeemed.
- Returns are not allowed for purchases who were made by your rewards points.
